  Errors and Omissions Insurance

  Hi fellow Notaries. Anyone have a suggestion on where to get Signing Agent Errors and Omission insurance? I’ve been looking around and I’m having a hard time. Thanks in advance.

  Hi,

  I bought mine from the National Notary Association, but there are many other providers and we don’t have an official recommendation.

  Has anyone had to buy a 3 year E&O Policy for $100,000 because you already had a $15,000 policy, and who did you go with?

    I don’t know where you got your current policy, but I think the NNA allows you to upgrade policies by calling them and paying the difference. Maybe your current provider can do the same?
