For me this was the best move to make as a real estate agent. The course prepped me for the exam and introduced me to other gigs that could help me earn extra income. If you're ready to ditch your 9 to 5 and work on your own terms, take this course. There are a lot of folks out there on Tik Tok and Facebook charging ridiculous amounts of money for their "specialized training". For the money, this is the best program by far that is budget friendly and gives you all the tools you need to start your loan signing agent business. 

I decided to take the Notary Signing Agent Training Course offered by the Notary Training School with the purpose of increasing and strengthening the knowledge that I had already acquired through other similar courses (e.g. Loan Signing System [LSS]), Notary2Notary and Notary National Association [NNA]).  The Loan Signing Agent Training Course offered by the NNA have been taken annually for a couple of the past years as a requirement of the industry.   BUT honestly, this training course as offered by the Notary Training School is very complete and more comprehensive than the courses previously taken. The training teachings and the additional materials given, which will go a long way for further references and re-reading, it was worth the invested time and resources. All the topics that were taught during the training were useful and relevant to our daily endeavor as Notary Public and Loan Signing Agents.   My congratulations to the teaching and IT staff who prepared this training. I will recommend it without hesitation to my fellow Notaries and Loan Signing Agents.      

I highly recommend Notary Training School for New Notaries, current Notaries or Renewing Notaries that want a refresher or obtain their Notary Signing Agent certificate/credential. When I first thought about being an Signing Agent I didn’t know which way to do. Then I saw a website that said I could get my training online. I signed up for the Notary Training Course and it went up from there. The experience that I had was so phenomenal. I have learned so much within 3 months that would have took me longer if I went to a college. I would send so many others to this training. I love how they tell you how to get started with become a Notary Signing Agent. I have started everything and everything was set up before I finished the training. Everything they told me to do I did step by step. 

My experience was nothing what I assumed it would be. I thought it was going to be much like the Real Estate Agent Course that I had take. Let me tell you far from it very easy to follow and understand. I’m a check off list type of girl and I love that when the course went into detail about the documents to be included in the paperwork it was formatted for person who love check lists. I believe I’m ready and also excited about getting my first signing. I highly recommend the course! It’s long and drawn out straightforward.

I had taken two other courses , but they were not as informative as this one. If you want a good education and not spend a great deal of money. This course will teach you the same and more than the high-priced courses. So think about it.

Notary Training School gave me the confidence I needed to start signing up for notary signing assignments.  It was a great learning experience at a really good price.

I had a great time learning at the school. The course is very easy and easy to understand. It’s a lot of valuable information in there. I just wish they could have a little bit more information about the state of Texas but all in all I got through the course, and now I’m a notary signing agent. 

In obtaining a HELOC, a young lady met with me to sign the loan documents...Presenting her Business Card, it indicated she was a Notary Loan Signing Agent. After the process, I said to myself -Self, you can do this.  So the process began!  It started with obtaining a notary license, and lo and behold I came across the Notary Training School.  Eureka!!!! The training and testing provided by the Notary Training School was relevant and knowledge full.  I learned a lot with the lessons provided and the efficiency testing.   If I had to do it again, Notary Training School would be my go to for training hands down.

Although  I have been very excited about becoming a Notary Public, my procrastination got the best of me. Today, I have signed up with Nationwide Notary, for my business. I will not give up, at this time.

After selling our house in Texas and moving to Hancock, Wisconsin in 2020, I decided to start working for the USPS part-time as a Rural Carrier.   My husband is retired and I believed this would be an excellent way to help around our property and still have a bit of income coming in for pedicures and whatnot 😃.

However,  that didn't end up being what happened.   During Covid lock downs,  the USPS became the delivery service for Amazon in Wisconsin Rapids and with being understaffed I was working well over 80 hours a week.   This year, 2023,  I decided I would become a notary,  mobile signing agent, and I quit the postal service. 

After taking the courses and applying for my license through the state,  I signed up to be listed on signingagent.com.   It wasn't very long and I received my first signing.   Since that time,  I've done mostly mortgage forbearance signings and I recently started doing some RoundUp lawsuit claims. 

I come back to notary training school website for clarification and to get definitions.   It has really helped. 

Thank you for proving alternate options to becoming a Notary Signing Agent. I was about to complete the course and pass the exam in one evening. I secured all required remaining credentials and uploaded to myNNA. I am now a certified and registered Notary Signing Agent.

The lessons are very simple and straight to the point.  Very educative and informative topics.

I took the step to become a Loan signing Agent with this company because it was not complicated. I decided to pursue this area since I was a Notary Public, as an additional supplimental income. Then my first act as a Loan signing agent, was the realization that there's possibilities. I didn't know what to expect or the compensation, but I received $250.00 without having to ask or negotiate. That was their payment for Loan signing Agent service. That was for just 1 client. Definetely, pleased to have taken this step and that I found this company for learning/ training to futhering my financial security. 

I found that the training was very beneficial in that it shows examples of the documents that I might be facing and to familiarize myself with the. They also, gave sound advice in the perfect order to sign the documents in a way that it can take away from the complexity of the process. Overall, I gave a 5 star rating as I was very pleased with the Certification Process. 

I have been a Notary before, however it was years ago and I love the new processes that have been put in to place, so that you can actually make it a full-time lucrative income!
